In Risk
and Consequence
Within
deviation from expectation lives the consequence
So
surprise is the result of ineloquence
The
desire for anything therefore shades that risk in everything
In the
end was it worth the reckoning?
Fear to
do the good or rational is evil
It
punishes innocence and torments as a ghoul
The
familial, tribal and religious is its tool
How many
cry as if forsaken by life, as its regret filled fool?
So raise
reason to its deserved prominence
Reject
the emotionalist minds of the irrational and superstitious
Try and
minimize the wreckage wrought by the witch doctors, mullahs, Popes and rabbis
Live in Liberty’s freedom to risk
and win accepting the calculated consequences
Alas,
humanity’s resisting to be set free from its past
Civilization
stuck in an irrational cast
Imprisoned
in neurotic and sclerotic social systems
Fearful,
mystical, humanist, superstitious and religious
