Identity’s
Soul
Identity
screams “ME” but we’re not free until we can love “I”
Who are
you, who d’you see in the first light in the mirror looking into those eyes?
Do you
count your blessings or bemoan life’s lessons?
Does fear
grip first or immediately you feel happiness?
Identity’s
intrinsically you, your mind, and your right to your life infinitely
Slave to
nobody, person or divinity
“I” human
has natural rights, which is frequently forgotten
Color
creed, regardless of gender gotten
Love
contains all the values that makes you, you
Choose
the virtues to build on the right to your life, it’s the glue
From here
the move begins to self-esteem
No
self-sacrifice and never let it be upon others your scheme
So look
into the mirror and witness “I” of honesty, independence, justice and pride
You
remember the past but it’s neither anchor, drag nor road to ride
The new
day is your phoenix rise
Sweep
away the ashes and claim that prize
