Kiss
In limbo
between heaven and hell
Deliberately
or inadvertently you fell
Those
days and nights when time was your right
And now
you realize that there is a day and a night
Do you
look askance at weakness?
Or stand
strong in defiance?
Reality’s
always a surprise for we live in hope
In
different guises and names it’s called, natural dope
Don’t
think too deep or you’ll weep
Seeing
details fractures happiness because you have to leap
Into the
valley of reality where nails seek your feet
Some don’t
care but to others it’s a pointless dare
But
there’re the fallen, and opinion is irrelevant
An
objective world that swirls seeming petulant
For it
demands your obedience
And truth
is, to obey is intelligence
