that little thief, the magpie of the pure

myth goes, as reality knows for sure
Pain in
your mind the leveler, balances a happy reveler
For that
mountain to climb is to turn you around
Disgust
at what you see, that first step the hardest grind
And at
that time is when all the negatives surround
Another
turn at the merry go round in the playground
With each
whipping revolution you have to hold tighter to stay sound
The scars
that mark your weaknesses are visible and profound
But the
only crime is to not get back up and just wait to be found
Surrender
seems so easy, but you discover you when life pounds
Focus on
you and love the rejection of your vice
Goddamn
it not you for hugging like lice
No better
than that infestation
You’ll
break through and soar without hesitation
