Reverend
of Absolution
Moving
experiences destroy pretensions
Life
before after, the pre-tension
Realized
after, words written or spoken now regret
Frantic
search to take them back - no can get!
Who am I
and why, the razor
Mental
identity in crisis, the laser
Feel so
small before the victim of my attack
Weight’s
no illusion when it’s on back
Human
failure is jump to conclusion
So shut
myself away and suffer seclusion
Wrestle
myself within searching for forgiveness solution
Strength
must be my own reverend of absolution
Come to
terms with wrongs done is the adult anvil
Forge
myself to steal from a god’s right to evil
Justification
is no excuse so my soul dies on principle
Virtues
don’t forgive emotion but will me if my mind’s my principal
