Always
Salty Rain
The pain
of loneliness is a shredded soul
There’s
nobody else in the world and you’re alone
Your world spinning and there's no joint
The rain
that hits your face is the tears in vain
You
reflect and see no color
It’s how
you imagine your reflection to others
Constant
fight to defend against that mahogany black
Overwhelming
sadness sitting in ashes and sack
Bruised
fingers from reaching and striking out
Mistakes
are chronic and your happiness’s in a rout
Have to
battle against mind brakes that terrorize
Self-esteem
so thin and no sun rise
Wish or
hope or pray for that sudden soothe
An angel
out of the gloom
One day,
one day a heart of happiness, soon
There’ll
be no rain but sunshine kissing you again
