Freedom
Sang Ironically
Battles
in your mind are the unjust
Because
you’re innocent and it serves their lust
Blame’s
their game and they disdain even mercy
But their
accomplice is humanity
Nobody’s
responsible for my rollercoaster mind
No one
installed the mind brake that destroys time
The dark
days and bright highways together wreck
There’s
me and me that keeps hitting the deck
And yet,
the mind that aches frightens
Humanity’s
security blankets then tighten
Until
they realize that on Earth reason commands
But they
flee and react like serfs
Addiction’s
so rife it’s become their way of life
Their
minds usually poisoned by domineering fathers
I see
them pathetically and maybe I’m rich after all
I never
knew father who was indeed, one son-of-a-bitch and tall
