Placid
Pool Jewel
Do I cry
because you’re happy or I’m sad?
Does it
matter in this universe of metaphysical fact?
No, for
light will not bend for you to see any future act
Fairness
isn’t justice, that mankind derived emotional bat
Then why
the constant incantations by the emotionalist alchemists?
We close
our minds not to see logic’s artistic pact
Instead
we repeat until we reject what we can see
Then
demand justice within fairness which can never be
Are we
stronger than the universe which shrugs us off like a bee?
Arrogant
self-centeredness that we’re the protectors of the air, land and sea
How long
have we been here, for creatures come and go
Humanity’s
terror that there’s no special point, just our ego
So dwell
in the world where Nature rules
Surf in Her
swell and see the rejecters’ drools
Minds not
emotions are the placid pool jewels
Step
aside as the emotionalist vectors cast to the side, fools
