Alexandra Tusse

Alexandra Tusse

You scream at night when the moon is bright
You yearn for freedom, so near your sight
Your mind is that turmoil, the year’s only time
Never forgotten, your sweet valentine

So gentle is your soul despite the crash from life
You were left wrecked but came together from strife
I know your eyes see more than light allows by day
Your embrace of warmth so long ago stays

Ask questions before your anguish rises once again
How to escape your mind forever I know brings pain
Tears are friends as they remind you of your humanity
My tears linger on in sadness for eternity

If only there was divine morality in human society
Your mind would resolve and allow justice’s propriety
But never again will you feel the kiss of love in liberty
Never once more love in the night without time, only ecstacy
