From Above

From Above

Justice for the innocent is always magnificent
Mercy for the guilty is rarely without incident
Sin is subjective, think of whips and chains
Commandments or suggestions bring holy pains

Humanity driven by fear frequently turns to beer
Then points at the dregs at whom they jeer
Indulgence is a pathway to regret following cheer
Observers have no sympathy but laugh until they tear

Then there’s the dream train that snares
Agony the driver of an escape that dares
Bodily or mental there’s no care when it shares
The reality cognition makes it all fair, just pay the fare

Melancholy tunnel or sugar elixir will take the blame
Poisons are chosen, no matter for it’s all the same
Nihilism is the borderline for living or dying
Ultimately its all infinity, it doesn’t matter who was lying
