Rarin’ Race

Rarin’ Race

If you knock ‘em out there’s nothin’ anyone can do
Politics at the retail level for me and you
Talk like a regular person and frighten the governing
Act like a boss and take your country back after the reckoning

Collusion is no illusion when politics has no solution
Press the flesh with dead presidents and politicos become subservients
Look around and witness the destruction of your town
That great loud sucking away all the jobs, recognizable sound

Hear the wind and rattling chains with leaves tumbling along the ground
Used to be the sound of working and laughter in the factory compound
Now sadness and emptiness, see the drugs and drunkenness
Frustrations and hopes dashed for confidence is in darkness

Time to roll back the sloth of the backrooms and destroy the Marks of Cain
On their foreheads dollar signs that depict the People’s pain
Rise up and push to make America greater than before
Great stories of true heroes, red white and blue adore
