Birth of
Club Eighty Eight
Born on
this day was the Devil’s twin
Came to
earth made of clay pretending to be human
With all
evil’s power he usurped political towers
Anointed
by weakness the People hailed his cunning as prowess
He knew
that welcome and newness exposes softness
He knew
that guilt can be turned into arrogance
So
blameless descended on the Teuton
Land
Blood
became the unifier and difference forbidden to stand
All about
lay the defeat from war
Never
mind that it was a self-inflicted dagger in their craw
The same
result was anger for revenge
Seek the
easy scapegoat and pretend
Came the
uniforms brown, black sewn in blood
All ready
to execute the promised Struggle in that flood
On this
day so long ago ready and set to go, happy and cherubic
No
portend of the dire future as the baby’s eyes thundered in Lucifer’s rubric
