Death By
Emotion
I want
leaders with ice water in their veins
That sees
only thru’ rational reins
Emotion
be damned for that’s murky
You know
what eventually happens to turkeys
Our
soldiers are not cannon fodder
They’re
individuals with no obligation to any other
Emotional
outbursts by politicians will see us in hell
There’ll
only be ghosts constantly ringing the cemetery bell
Separation
of religion and State wasn’t decided in haste
The
Framers recognized that emotion creates waste
Pictures
and heartstrings nullifies thinking
Makes
blind man buff of Newtonian vector linking
For
unintended consequences and secondary affect disappears
Suddenly
you’re on the brink of regretful tears
Remember
what one assassination did
Beware
what the yellow journalism of Tonkin
Gulf hid
