Judge For
Eternity
Oh cry
silent tears of the damned
Innocent
souls, victims like frightened lambs
Deaf is
the world unless the sound is change
Guilt is
need and worse than being left on the range
Fear is
that insular insecurity that afflicts the small
Safety is
that mirage, the blanket of the tall
Outcasts
never feel wanted or at home
They see
the reality because they’re forced to atone
Strength
is built within from that oath to self
Survive
and endure, for betraying oneself is sin’s elf
Cast
emotions of survival into the sacrificial fire
For
they’re the comforts that tire and destroy desire
In the
end identity is judge for eternity
It holds
up the mirror to your face with alacrity
Will you
shrink or smile at the triumph of your mile?
Mother
quoted be true to yourself or it’s all a pile
