Blinkers

Blinkers

Faith’s destruction, ought I be annoyed?
Humanity’s malfunction, stupidity buoyed
Fear’s sanctification, emotions filled that void
Fauna’s celebration in the wild, Nature’s steroid

Yet humanity refuses to see clarity of, to be
Instead righteousness of irrationality, the See
Hurting people living in the cracks, invisible
Don’t conform to the tracks, but not invincible

When they die only the lonely cry
For the lonely hear everything including your sigh
See my happy face which hides that lie
Struggle for survival is hidden because I’m high

Hatred’s comforting kiss sees the group for what it is
Destruction of me is enforcement of decree
Unbending and unrelenting belief sacrifices truth
Hides the dirt of mental derangement, all its worth
