Live the life you want and never mind what they say

This world is filled with frightened nervous hearsay

Self-control is pretty droll but excess can ruin your day

I walk on the wild side but know when its time to hit the hay

Waiting for the occasion is a risky contagion

You know the pool is cold but the first gets calm water gold

Express you living in your own world letting the music take hold

Concert in my head is my defense against making establishment sense

You may love but it will abandon you like a flying dove

So only do that where thank you is an unnecessary glove

Desire is the ultimate spire and questions an idiotic perspire

I only regret the women I missed when I could have had their fire

Happiness is never overrated for it is the supreme state

Do not make plans too far ahead or you may end up miserable instead

Doing what you love is always the passion that kisses deep and gives a hug
