like a leaf in time dreaming

pleasant a feeling and its freeing

aroma from some place warm and sugary
Cake
brings a memory or a smile, maybe a tasty pastry
Turn up
the road or down the lane and see everyone again
Triggering
a dream and love was simpler then
Dream
highways, the magical byways where happiness wins
World of
mind where senses, memory and wishes are never sins
Connecting
the past these mind cruises
Ensuring
they’re the kisses that caress life’s bruises
