Reckoning
Has faith
departed, then you had none
If you
have no faith; then reason is the only one
Calamitous
events that shock and shake with ferocity
If fear
drives then you’ve neither faith nor rational philosophy
There’s
your mind and it decides which way you wind
Prayer
does fulfill many of mankind
Atheism’s
the answer for those where reason is the absolute
The rest
reside in no man’s land and may reach for the Absolut
D’you
consider there’s only one way?
Then
humanity will whup your ass every day
I’ve
tried to be an atheist because my mind holds sway
But I
can’t because I have a faith that I can’t explain away
I get
angry and mad and declare faith a croc!
I resent
religion because to me it’s a dictatorial lock
On earth
reason is in command and faith can drive moral courage
Our
tangible savior is sublime human nature
