Running
Water
I take
from regret, a positive step
Turn
around and look at emotions that hurt
They’re a
reflection of you, you’re meant to see
Instructing
how to set you free
To do
what frightens, raises me to enlightens
Rational
action be my constant guide
Once
there and after the sweat and despair
The
surprise of success and recognition that emotion is a weakling clinging
In a
month a new beginning, good Lord we’ve traveled round the sun
Our loyal
star that is a temporary light
In two
billion years it’ll be permanently night
Laugh as
you may, but one day there’ll be no hay
So it’s
better to get out and play
To do and
risk without delay
To me it
means no or minimal regret if any
And
that’s filling life with plenty
