Far From Reality

Far From Reality

Morning rush as movement surges
Make time for coffee, its riches
Neighborhood mores always vivid in the morn
Quiet, earphones or religious lips, faith adorns

Humanity’s signal of living or fear
Mortality always uppermost in older years
Fervency is a sign of devotion or desperation
Secular, agnostic and religious manifestations

All freshly ready is optimism’s lucid sign
Quashing the dawn’s fears, groans and moans
Fresh bread fat ladies making up in time
Last minute rushes a hated favorite but regularly mine

Routine an inevitable human chime
Irks and soothes then missed when lost
Is this all for real or a way between reality of the day?
Sleep comes and dreams cruise until the next foray
