Broken Eye

Broken Eye

Exploding pain as the corner hits blind
Resonating vibrations with confusion through a mind
Injury to one and flashes of thoughts uncontrolled
No reason to say anything but just deny reality’s roll

Time always tells the truth no matter or what
Physics will never bend to whim or wish, no matter what
Shake as the air closes in and disbelief settles in
This temporary pretense until the mirror confirms the sin

A future where vision bends the present
Confirms Einstein’s that light can be bent
Am I now an experiment?
Whose crazy hand did this and stop these delusional thoughts

To understand how fragile we are takes an instant of forever
None imagine that over there will ever arrive over here
But this world is vector ruled and Newton reigns free
To walk the mathematical path with probability would be to see
