Win Whup, two-three

Win Whup, two-three

Let your thoughts run and think about what’s been lost or won
Decisions made with thought or emotion lift or weigh a ton
Consequences within reality reside in satisfaction or regret
The calculated risk or impulse of a chance taken bet

Then those feelings of triumph or loss that linger
The first terrifies and latter pummels forever
For triumph’s curse is sweet but a demanding elf
Drives uncertainty beneath your feet and shouts, WHAT IF!?

You see repeating winning has no guarantee
Loss is always screaming look at ME!
It’s the courageous that win by knocking their fear on the chin
Embrace that essence to triumph – then it’ll become your grin

What ABOUT chance, the son of serendipity and deliberate, that seeks to whup yer ass?
Well, you must be wily then and know when to push or pass
It’s known as life and can kiss or slap your face
Chance is the joker while risk is the ace
